Charging cable.

I didn't like the rubber end caps on my charging cable. What ive found is when you're not using it the small plug will fit into the big plug so i do this and have discarded the dangling rubber caps.
I find that it makes coiling the cable up and keeping it coiled much easier. Moving on slightly I also now use the discarded small rubber end cap as a cap for the exposed socket behind the changing flap on the car.

Just make sure nothing gets in the socket the cap is there to protect say like a screw.

Good point but as they fit perfectly into each other I can't see any ingress happening. So i coil it up then connect the two plugs and its so much easier to handle and pop into its bag. I suppose on a rainy day I have to be more alert to dropping the unprotected plug after pulling apart onto the ground and into a puddle? Mmmm thats one to consider.
