zap map is a good place to start

I second that, Zap-map.
Once you find a route than you may need apps to start a charge or for free PodPoint to confirm a charge.
The Electric Juice card from Octopus Energy covers a number of networks and Instavolt are very good and reliable but not cheap.

For those longer planned trips ABRP is useful. It can get confused, but it is quite a good app.

There is an optional subscription, but works fine without it. You lose the live traffic without a subscription.
