Clever ideas for phone charging

I can confirm that the splitter thing, hmm well it's really a combiner thing, works very well. Phone charges no problem and AA works too.

No problem! I have the splitter in the storage area under the arm rest, where the two USB ports and the 12V accessory port are. It hides away nicely in there with all the cables, with one coming out the front (there is a little gap just for that) that plugs into the phone. I have the phone upside down on the charging pad so that it doesn't wirelessly charge.
