I have recently purchased a Cyberster GT and whilst I love the car and particularly its looks - the ACC speed display does my head in. Its location is poor (top left of the centre display) obscured by the steering wheel. It’s also very small making it hard to read anyway. This is a safety issue and should be addressed.

Does anyone else find this as an issue. Is there a way to report this as a wish list of improvements for the next software upgrade?

There is our informal wish list thread, which MG may or may not take heed of:

Key info should be customizable to move to the middle screen. Would be good. I have a feeling r35 could potentially be the last update for a while. Better include Auto Brightness. Hopefully they will address the main issues.

I am with you! It's a joke. Blue font on black (insufficient contrast), small font-size, corner upper-left behind the steering wheel. Why do a engineer something like that? Do they minimal tests with pre-customers? I cannot undestand such rubbish designs.

This probably sounds obvious, but I thought I would mention it, as it had a significant effect for me. I was finding the same issue with the cruise control display when I had positioned the steering wheel to what I decided was my comfortable driving position.

I subsequently decided to reposition the steering wheel to the best position to view the middle display. I have found that I don’t notice any discomfort with the driving position and can now see the whole of the middle display.

Worth trying?

Yep, I did the same thing. Whilst not ideal, adjusting the steering wheel helps. It is the left-hand display that is still problematic for me. I recall reading that yoke steering wheels are available, hopefully this will be an option in the future.

I also did the same. After few days I didn’t notice the wheel being much different but it gave me access to the extra bit of info without craning my neck.

The downside is the left hand display is now more obscured

Thanks for the suggestion. I have now changed the position of the steering and yes, I can now see the digits but also I have now obscured other information but for now it’s a compromise. Cheers.
