Difficult to register

Car arriving after Christmas but tried to load app and register today. Having difficulty registering as I receive a code, add password and confirm but then nothing happens. I have tried at least 6 times. Advice most welcome.

You will need to wait until you receive the car as you need to scan the QR code.

I assume its the facelift version?

FYI - There also a new version of the app just released which seems to be not working for a lot of people who had the old app working fine.
