Do MG Customer Service actually pick up the phone?

Trying to call MG Customer service on 0121 756 4864.

First call was on hold for 1 hour 16 mins and then dropped the call.

Second call on hold for 16 mins (and still on hold now)

Are they all sat with their feet up smoking cigars?

Not sure where you got your 0121 number from but the number @MG Clive gave is the one on the contact page of the MG website, so not exactly hidden or a mystery.
