So I contacted MG UK CS before Easter. They e mailed me today quote below

The technician at the dealer are actively working on your vehicle with the guidance given from our Technical team here at MG UK,
Unfortunately I do not work at the dealer so I do not know how far they are with the repair but if you require updates pleas contact the dealer regarding progress,

EMG tell me thay are again waiting for MG UK. In this case to confim when a trouble shooting technician can visit to identify the issue, as no one knows what to do. So yet again eack blames the other.
