So this morning I have tried two different ccs chargers and failed to charge on both. Never had a problem before the only thing I have done different is I charged with the granny charger the night before. I normally charge with a 7kW at home. Any ideas as I am 175 miles from home with 60 miles on the GOM.

Is that two chargers on the same site or on different sites? If the former, I'd try a different location.
You could also try a quick 12V disconnect to reboot everything.

I have done a 12v disconnect and will be heading to a charger in the next hour. Fingers crossed it will work but I have already tried to different chargers but not since the 12v reset

Thanks to all the 12v disconnect seems to have worked. I am now charging in one it failed on this morning. I will now add a 10mm spanner to the car for future issue😉. Unfortunately it does mean I missed some of the event I was at to make sure it worked before my 175 mile trip.

To be honest, i have thought hard about installing an actual 12V battery disconnect/cut off switch in the engine bay.

My wife would not be happy with having to use the spanner to release the negative connector from the battery, but if it was some sort of "hand twist to disconnect" she would be able to.

It's her car so she is most likely to encounter something where a hard reset is needed.

There are quite a few options on eBay and Amazon - or AliExpress if you want to pay half price for the same thing.

Not sure if that affects warranty so maybe best to look for something that can be removed for annual service...
