Fault with usb ports

Had my new 21 reg mg5 ev delivered yesterday, went to set up my android auto but none of the usb ports work, they won't charge any phone, I have tried 5 different phones and 7 different cables, anyone else had this problem or do I need to return the car already.

Might be worth checking a fuse first to save the agro?

Yes car was turned on

I don’t think that it’s a known issue. You have done the obvious and tried different cables with different devices. It sounds like the usb ports may not be connected up - which could be an uninstalled fuse for example. It should be a while you wait fix by the dealer

Where is the fuse box located

Underneath the glove box you can see by simply putting your head underneath, there is no cover on the box itself

There's a fuse box on the driver side. If you open the door, then pry off the panel using something plastic you can get to the fuses
