Stupid question from a novice. Is my car charged 100%?

Yes, however it may be balancing the cells so that they are all at the same voltage which can take a while. Worth doing once a month on average to get accurate range estimates.

Thanks! I left it another 45 minutes, and according to the smart meter, it was still pulling 2kWh when I stopped it. Should it do that while balancing the cells?

Trophy LR of course given the predicted range in your photo.
It is still pulling power, so it is carrying out a balance cycle.
Just leave it do it's own thing, when it completes it will drop the wall box back into the standby condition.
Balance cycle times can vary so don't worry.
As it nears completion, the amount of power being drawn will slowly decrease until it finishes.
