The owner swears blind that dirty big steam engines like that are ULEZ compliant ?????

But burning wood can be sustainable if it's from replanted plantations.
Doesn't add to CO2 levels even though it's producing it.
Coal on the other hand is releasing CO2 stored ages ago, so does add to atmospheric CO2.
