Generic android device

After logging into Amazon Music on the car, the Amazon app tells me an 'unknown generic android device' is trying to sign in. It's surely only a matter of time until somebody works out how to install unapproved third party software onto the infotainment...

It's also running Android 9.0, which is no longer supported by google in terms of security updates, so there's a potential risk there.
