You have to go into setting and do a "factory reset". When it reboots, follow the configuration prompts. You SHOULD get QR codes to scan with your phone but several of us have found this is not happening which limits the processes at present (can't "bind" with phone etc). If there are no QR codes you'll have to "skip" and finish the set-up. You'll find though that certain things will not work and ask you to "please activate the head unit first", which puts you in a circular process of having to keep trying the above!
Apparently MG have issued a software patch so if you find the above is your situation, contact your dealership and they should know about it and be able to help.
Telboy, go to search top right, put in head unit, select this forum and you will see lots of recent problems as NewtoEV states. I find the search facility ? as a good starting place to see others with similar issues
