Head Unit USB Connector Adapter

I need an adapter for the proprietary USB connectors on the back of the head unit, so that i can connect them to standard USB. Anyone have any idea what connector they use?

What do they look like? I've never taken the head unit out, I'm wondering if it's one of the more obscure USB connections

Seems it's partly mini USB

Might work with a female USB adapter, but I don't think so.
