Car ailed MOT on Headlamp bulb not working so looking to replace however struggling to get the bulb out...

Can anyone help?

This video covers upgrading to better higher quality white lamps ( bulbs ) than using the standard OEM factory, yellow hue factory lams.
But it is a very similar process.
