Headlight adjustment for continental driving

I have just bought an MG4 Trophy LR, is there an easy way to adapt the headlights to meet continental requirements? I used the stick-on Eurolight adapters on my MG5, but are they compatible with LED headlights?

ISTR someone saying the beam is almost flat and symmetrical so no need.

LED do not need any adjustment for the continent.

True for the Trophy, but not necessarily for the LR or SE which mount a different headlight.
