Headlights don’t stay on after parking

Hi, on my MG ZSEV, the headlights are supposed to stay on for 30 seconds or a minute after turning off the car. However mine don’t do this despite trying to change the settings for this on the screen. Anyone else had this problem and know how to fix it? Thanks

When you stitch off you have to do a headlight “flash” then they stay on, according to instruction manual
