Heated seats issue!

I've had two winters with a cold bum despite my MG5 being equipped with heated seats. I mentioned it to the dealers at service time but they didn't get chance to sort it and I never got round to booking it in again. Then it hardly seems worth bothering over Summer, service time comes round again and the cycle repeats itself.
Has anyone else lost heat from the seats? If it's just a fuse or loose connection I don't really want to bother with a long round trip to the dealers......

Look at Fuse 21 in the Passenger Compt Fuse Box (10A). It will be simple enough to check the connector under the seat.
