Heated steering wheel

I have a 2025 Hybrid+ and cannot get the heated steering wheel to stay on. After pressing the icon it switches on for about 1 second then goes off. Any ideas please?

Very strange, does sound like a fault (although I only have knowledge of ZS hybrid +).

Hi My hybrid plus heated steering wheel works a treat and indeed not sure when it switches off although I think after 20 mins. Sounds like a fault although the info system touch screen is not the easiest to get to respond first time. I have thought I have put heated seat on and on checking the icon was still black. If you have not done so just check if icon has definitely changed colour to on and it has then a fault is most likely.
