Heating not working

Can you just confirm your not on eco mode?

We always try to drive on eco mode, does this make a difference?

Hell of a difference. Eco mode makes heating pathetically low try going in normal and see if that works if it doesn't it's ti.e to go to dealer for a repair under warranty

put on normal mode now working fine

That's all you can do but seriously eco saves almost nothing at best you saving maybe 10 miles per "tank" at best

I never use ECO mode, just not worth it. My bladder tells me to stop every 100 miles so can charge then with lots to spare.
