Morning all, just had HS Phev delivered yesterday, charged at work (with car unlocked) then charged overnight (with car locked)

Car charged at work however when left overnight with car locked, never charged......am I doing something wrong?

Any advice appreciated.

The power supply on the three pin charger can be a bit senstive to the quality of the supply. Don't use an extension lead, and the closer to the distribution board, with the least number of connections in the system, the better. I've run a cable direct from a breaker to an outside waterproof socket and it works 99.9% of the time.

The Type 2 plug into the car can sometimes benefit from being pulled in and out a couple of times to 'clean' the contacts.

Plug the car, and keep an eye on the dashboard until it switches from 'connecting' to 'charging'.

I haven't noticed any difference between locked and unlocked.
