How accurate is the % figure for battery charge in deducing potential range?

I could never do it accurately with a petrol car but a nice percentage gauge, that I can work with.

Yep, too many petrol gauges that dropped to halfway quick and then went slow or vice versa.

I'm sure I am in the majority ??? that once I'd got over the first flush of EV ownership and obsessing about range and charge etc I just don't bother any more. I just drive it and fill it up when needed, pretty much the same as I did when I had ICE vehicles.

Same, I do drive long distances a lot but it's 99% of the time on roads that I know well and in conditions that I'm used to so I'm not calculating all the time as I did in the early months.
