Would you guys agree with the first reply to this question?
Seemingly the more modern batteries used in our HS PHEV's aren't affected by fully charging & fully emptying them?

Battery damage is also a function of charge rate and temperature. The HS BMS limits the charge rate to 7kW so the risks talked about with pure EVs do not exist with our cars. I regularly set a scheduled charge of 4 hours on my wallbox which will fill the battery from empty but the most it has taken is 23.86 kWh due to the BMS never allowing the battery to completely drain.
Having said that my car's electric range dropped to an indicated 74 miles at 9,000 miles. In reality I have noticed an improvement in the actual achieved range due to my driving habits adjusting to the technology, regularly 65 to 70 miles.

My car shows an indicated 74 miles range when fully charged on the app, but shows 75 miles on the car screen. This is after a year and 10200 miles.

To be honest, I simply charge my X Power when it needs it, simple's. And it charges too, whatever it charges too. For the time it's on charge.
Usually don't let it drop below 10% but it has done a few times. And charging it to 100% doesn't bother me at all. I tend not to over think it. Just charge the bloody thing, as and when. 🙂👍
