How to get a replacement back up mechanical key blade?

I have just checked my two key fobs, only one of them has the back up mechanical key blade. How do I obtain a replacement, the service department at our dealer had no idea how to get one. Any ideas? Thanks.

Please note though...you can only get into the car with this blade, it is somewhere to wait whist the rescue service turns up to put a new battery into your proper key fob, so you can hopefully use the car to move about rather than just a waiting room.
