How to keep black trim black

hi this is probably a daft question I have had my mg4 for 2 weeks after I washed it I’ve noticed the black trim has a grey sheen on it. Any idea on how to clean it or should I go back to mg.

It hasn't still got it's protective film on has it?

Did your MG4 get any paint treatment from the dealership? Mine got applied a little sloppy and had bits of grey/white residue here and there. They biffed out with a microfibre cloth and some elbow grease if I remember correctly.

It's like any other car with this type of trim. The first thing to do is make sure you dry the car off after washing, drying the trim with a cloth makes it a lot darker, another thing is to use a treatment on the trim, Autoglym Vinyl and rubber care is very good.
