I think this is possibly an Australian review of the MG HS hybrid, but it's typical of many of MG's models, and somewhat similar to my own MGS5.

My brother has just bought the HS hybrid
Couple of weeks ago here in the UK, it's already been back to the dealership with niggling problems.

You are joking. This forum is full of folk, talking about faults/niggles. And rightly so, it is a forum after all. Although your right about MG having no interest in fixing them. Some dealers do try, but there hands are tied, to what they can do.

Totally agree @salty, the dealers are tied to what they can do, I think they actually DO try, in my case like many others though they were not able to sort the niggles, that I imagine is in MG's court.
Is it they pushed to cars out to the dealers before they were full evaluated perhaps? a bit of a conundrum!

I get the points, none of which are new or revolutionary. All the professional motoring journalists (and the amateurs on the forums) have mentioned the same issues.

But we start off thinking it is a review of the MGHS; then find it is the HS+ Hybrid on review. Then it’s posted on the HS PHEV page??

My advice: do some research before you enter into one of the most expensive purchases you will make.

I previously owned the older HS (not the PHEV) and I think the new PHEV model is great value, and a pleasure to drive.
