i- smart dropped out

my remote control has stopped working, the car had not been used for a month and when i tried to check it on the app it said ,status checking failed try again later, i sat in the car with it switched on and it connected, same happened next day but has not connnected since, any ideas please?

and as if by magic the next day it was working ,and hasn,t stopped since. do you think MG UK/China read these post and have sent a message to my car/phone to wake it up?
