ICE MGZS won't accelerate properly

Hi my mg for the past 2 week wont accelerate properly its going really slow. Took it to garage said it was the settings but 1 day later its back to running slow. Has anyone an idea what it could be? as garage is saying its the clutch now. Just over 1 year old. Dont want to be ripped off

As yours has a clutch it is not an EV...

I didnt even realise im in a rush trying to figure out whats wrong with my car and im a new driver Ill see if theres any other forums

It's not unreasonable to suspect the clutch if the symptoms are right ie loads of accelerator not much movement it's a lot more common for new drivers to slip the clutch a bit to much
I recently seen a ZS 124 miles clutch gone lol

@Jemma I just looked at MG warranty and clutch components are covered 24 months 30k miles
