Infotainment System

Hi All,

I've had my Trophy for just over a month now and I'm loving it. The only small annoyance I've noticed is with the infotainment system and connecting it to Carplay. When you first get in the car, you have to wait for the animations to cycle before the home screen appears and you can't plug in your iPhone until that has happened or it doesn't get recognised.

I was thinking of getting one of those wireless adaptors that allow you to connect to Carplay without physically plugging in your phone, but will I need to disconnect and connect the adaptor every time I start the car? Rather defeats the purpose if so.

Has anyone got one of these adaptors? Do they work well, and do you need to plug it in each time you start up?

Other than this very first world problem, I love everything about the MG4!

Found some useful info there. Now I feel like an idiot for posting a thread that is an almost word for word copy of one already on the forum! ??
