I fed my cable from front to back so the spare is tucked in above the tailgate where there is room.

There's good news on the 240mm replacement wiper blade, but it's not perfectly straightforward, it almost fits the S5 wiper arm, but needed a very slight modification with a Stanley knife, or any sharp craft knife, it's such a tiny mod, but it works perfectly now and the new swept area covers the required area up to within 10mm or so from the top of the rear screen.
Just carefully remove 2, 3 or 4mm on the replacement wiper blade, I did a bit at a time, push it together and hey presto as I've drawn on the photo.
It sweeps the screen perfectly, just be careful with a sharp blade.
