Instrument Binacle

Recently my main instrument binacle just went blank. Thinking it was a fuse I tried various changes with no luck. I then took the car to a my nearest MG dealership who have now had the car (MG EHS PHEV) for over 2 weeks and have been unable to resolve the issue. They claim that MG have been remotely trying to resolve the issue, but this is also not fixing the issue. Has anyone had a similar experience with the main instruments? Infotainment screen is fine and there are no side effects in the way the car runs, just can see petrol, speed, charge etc. Any input from anyone would be greatly appreciated.

Hi @Nickxxx, welcome to MGEVs, there have been a few similar instances of this happening, unfortunately without a definitive answer apart from to disconnect the battery for a couple of minutes, good luck.

Thanks Clive but that was tried early on as was some odd reset routines including having the drivers door open for a number of minutes etc. Worrying thing is the MG Dealership and apparently MG themsellves are unable to resolve the issue. Still not light at the end of the tunnel on this one. Your input much appreciated thanks
