Ionity yesterday, wont charge today

So we popped into Baldock services on way home and used ionity fast charger( app said I was getting 68kwh) took it up to 94%.
Wife got to work today and plugged it in and it won't charge
Any suggestions
She has tried disconnecting the 12v battery.
She should have enough to get home
Then I can get my grubbies on it

When we got home we still had 61%
Her work journey is 42mls. And still has a range of 71mls. left

She says the warning light that's flashing is the immobiliser one with the car and key

Update! Moved car indoors and put on granny with key sat in holder, and it's charging
