Is Main beam height adjustable?

There seems to be significant a dark sliver between the bottom of my main beam and the top of the dip beam, right on the night driving horizon.
The dip beam can be adjusted from inside the car, bit the main stays fixed.
Can I bring the main beam down to meet the dip when I have the dip beam as high as possible?

I noticed that when I had a loan MG4 from Richmond Botley.

Mines the same, there are 2 screws on the Trophy model to adjust dip and main beam height. I think there's either a YouTube or possibly a post on here about how to do it. Must get round to mine too.
