Ismart app and qr code in car unidentified (unable to bind car)

hello i just took delivery mg4 in indonesia.
the car is imported from thailand .
i registered in ismart app in android.
when i click add vehicle. it asked to scan qr code.
i navigate in car to the ismart app. connect the car to a wifi network. qr code pops up.
scanned it and it says.
"QR code is unidentified, please try again"
very frustrating.. i cant even get to the login screen in the ismart app in the car.
anyone in thailand can help me? or do i need to install a ismart thailand version.
i tried using my local indonesian and UK ismart app. but no avail.

The QR code you have is just for downloading the app you already got.
Switch the screen to "light" mode.
There's a second QR code that only shows then.
Use that one to register.
