Picture of 4 on the app has gone. Replaced by dotted outline of ZS? Anyone else have this?

Nope. MG4 still showing on mine.

Check your version number. The latest is V2.0.3

Try clearing the cache and if that fails uninstall the app, restart your phone and then reinstall the app. Your login details will remain the same.

Tried all the above steps - still the same.
For info version is ios V2.0.5

Might be an iOS app version issue as mine is still fine on my Android v2.0.3

Mine did that for a while on Android when I cleared the data or reinstalled once, but it put itself right within a day. It might be worth going in to various pages on the app e.g. vehicle management, key management, settings pages etc in case one of those triggers the image to update.

Still no joy with this after the usual to and fro and trying the standard IT fixes.

Latest version of the app for iOS is 2.0.7. Does your version of the app have the 100th Anniversary skin option, maybe worth seeing if you can download the app again that has that option.
