I no longer seem to be able to set the charge limit to anything other than 80% through the App (latest version on iOS)
I just get a “Failed” message at the bottom of the screen. It did work in the past but not now.

In fact I can’t even get to the completed EV Management page - I get a timed out message on that.

I’ve deleted and reinstalled App to no effect

Anyone else experiencing this?

After you get the “failed”, close and reopen the app. I get failed and when I do the open and close it turns out it hadn’t failed. I think what is failing is the app’s reliability.

Computer says “nah” - doesn’t make any difference unfortunately - thanks for suggestion though.

Here is a question regarding your experience in the iSMART app. Is anything updating? I.e. does your battery level and location update when you try to refresh, or do you get “vehicle not responded”?

If so, could you check in the car on the right screen setting page, under “system” is the “telecommunications version” populated? Or does it show “-“. It should show something like “1.04.001.z02”.

Your experience is similar to how my issue started to manifest.

The initial page on the App updates re location and charge level, locking-unlocking and the vehicle status page is fine too.
The problem starts with the EV Management page and the one where you should be able to set the charge limit. Neither of those last two get a response.
The car Telecoms version is populated do given what I see I think there is a working link to the car from the App. I suspect the App v3.1.1 from about 2 weeks ago broke it.

Just tried it on an old Android tablet with v3.0.1 (it said latest) and had the same result. I thought I read that the Android version was more advanced - but it may be the age of this tablet

And I have now lost communications to the car…

That’s potentially good news for me that the telecommunications version repopulated on its own. Mine has not for the last 10 days and I cannot control the car remotely through iSMART or home assistant. Let’s hope mine repopulates by itself. The telecommunications version is still blank on my GT.
