iSmart App Password reset fails

New phone, needed to login but forgot password. So hit "forgot password" and it immediately goes to "enter your new password" screen (if I've used my email as user) with no other checks but will not allow me to enter a password of any type. The section about using numbers and letters stays red no matter what I try to enter.
If I use the phone number as user I get a code and then on to the same screen as above with the same problems.

Anyone got clue where to go from here?

Have you tried to login via your PC? Does that work OK? (Assuming you've ever done that before .. if yes then the browser may have remembered your password, which means you could find it there in that browser).

What phone do you have.

Android. I got a reply from I smart which was basically the same as I'd tried before. Since I managed to remember the pass I have not needed to retry the reset procedure.
