iSmart Companion App - Incorrect Vehicle Status

A related question - does anyone know if there is a time limit after the last use of the car when the status in iSmart stops working? I left the car untouched for about a day and noticed the status check always failed. When I went and unlocked and locked the car, it worked fine again after that.
There was a comment a few months back, people were checking their cars when away on holiday, it was about 10 days before that stopped responding

Hi all, as a new ZS long range owner, I stumbled across this thread. I’ve seen a number of times since I got the car that the first time I pull status, it reports sun roof open and sometimes tyre pressures =0.0. An immediate re-status check shows everything correct. For me, it looks like the first status pull is somehow missing some data. By running it again, somehow it clears the software queue.
Yeah - This is very common.
First pass of the “Health Check” on the App will usually not report the correct status of the Sky roof condition ( open or closed ) or leave two dashes in either the cabin temperature or the ambient temperature.
A second pass usually reports the correct info .

Hello,

I have been recently been exploring the iSmart companion app. and noticed the status of the window is ‘Open’ when it is clearly closed and locked. I have attached an image that shows this.

Has anyone experienced the same or similar incorrect status reporting?

Thank you
Mine has done the sunroof open thing from day 1

I just refresh and it then shows closed....
