iSmart issues, even after tbox replacement

iSmart connection has not been working for over two months. Car has been 4 times at the dealer, no help. Last time they replaced TBOX module.

I can bind the car to iSmart, but no data is updated. The last update date on the app is two months old. No commands are going through.
SatNav works ok, Weather app works ok, Wifi hotspot works ok, so the 4G connection is working just fine.

In secret Service Menu the "Telematic Box Log" option is greyed out - is that active on car with working iSmart?

anyone had similar issue with MG4?

Hello, yes. TBOX was swap like you but Dealer doesn't perform "Replacement" in SIPS. Read from here, I left some feedbacks

I downloaded the new version of iSmart on Saturday. Since then nothing in the app works. It won’t scan my MG4. I called MG who said they are aware it doesnt work and the apps developers are hoping to have a fix by next week. I won’t hold my breath. Some days I have to do the home button reset to restore my radio volume 20 times. The software is rubbish.
