iSMART kicked me out

Hi, This morning i found I was logged out of iSMART and it does not seem to be accepting my password to get back in.

I tried uninstalling the app and then got three one time codes. None of which appeared to work.
Is there a problem with the app, or could someone walk me through resetting password for iSMART.

Are you using your mobile number? If so make sure the 0 is missing at the front.

When entering the password check the UPPER/lower case setting.
They've used their own keyboard and it doesn't work quite how you expect it to.
