Key battery

Hi there..the car is now saying battery life in key vey low..please charge. What type of battery is required for MG EV ZS

As far as I know, it’s not a rechargeable battery, but one of the ‘coin’ type CR2025 or CR2032
Just checked the manual - CR2032

Thank you. Sorry I said the car was new but its 3 years and 9 months so possibly not covered. I should really look at the existing warranty. Thanks anyway.

Depends on how diligently they do the service... mine definitely weren't.
