I know that, but indicating while passing a lorry on a motorway will give wrong message, I'm just moving slightly from centre of the lane.

You change lanes on a motorway without indicating?

I think @Gandalfharrow is saying is give a wide birth as passing so so still in lane but close enough to trigger the lke so the vibration may fill safer than fighting the steering wheel?

Thanks V2STY, yes a wide birth is the exact words, they (lorries) do sometimes wander in lanes a bit
