I'm having the same problem. A few months ago it was working fine; I could wake the vehicle with my 4G smartphone and turn on the AC in the mornings, although it took a lot of effort.

I don't know if this started due to problems with the latest ISmart app update, version 3.0.3, or after updating to R67 on my Lux "Trophy".
I contacted the ISmart service team, and they said they had been monitoring my vehicle for a few days and didn't find any faults.
The issue is that it's difficult to wake it up even with Bluetooth. If the vehicle is already awake/unlocked, the connection is perfect.
I'm thinking it might be for some security reason.

Im really struggling. only had my car a week. used it saturday then went to use it today and nothing. the fob didn't work, i cant open it or anything and the app is saying its in a deep sleep. i tried to manually unlock but the key wont turn. i didnt think it would be this much of a problem! any ideas it help me ?

If your car cannot open with either of both keyfobs then, I'm afraid, it sounds like your 12V battery is dead. The only way to fix that is to manually unlock the car, open the boot and boost the the battery. If you can't do it get the AA.

The manual opening is stiff but search for the YouTube video that shows you how

The app will tell you the car is in deep sleep if it fails to respond, which it will fail to do if the 12V battery is dead.

Once you've got to the battery make sure the terminals are tight. They have often been found not to be so contrary to any PDI check.

As above , when you get in the car , have a look at the headlight stalk , you may have accidentally left the lights in the manual on position. Most of us have done this at one time or another . Leaving them in the auto position will help in future . If this is so , then that will be the reason the 12v is flat, not so much of a problem as it will recharge/ recover but dammed annoying. You will also need to do a 12v battery reset when its charged up . There are plenty of posts on that , use the search box in the top corner.
