MG App won’t scan code to Bind Vehicle

When trying to scan bar code of MG4 vehicle on MG App keep getting This service is not available at the moment please try later .Any ideas?

I assume you mean QR code rather than bar code?

Sometimes the MG servers are busy. if it still won't work then contact your dealer. (In my case it worked right away ... the "product specialist" went to talk me through the process and I'd finished it before he'd even said 4 words).

That specific post is a video of the process and could help.tp make.sure you have the correct qr code etc.
