Does the MG HS PHEV 2025 have a one pedal driving mode?
If so, is it strong enough to bring the car to a complete stop without using the brake pedal?

No idea about your car, but my MG4 will come to a complete stop at the lights without using the brake pedal, as long as there's enough warning.
If the lights suddenly change on you, the friction brakes have to chip in.

No, regeneration will slow you down but still use the brakes.
