Hey all,
I had hoped never to need to post about a fault, only good things but unfortunately after picking my new MG HS up last month have had nothing but issues:
A bit of Googling shows this as "Transmission Shift Lever Position Signal Out Of the Range of RegularFunction" but the garage have said they now want to trace wiring looms and gain further advice from MG themselves if part replacement is needed before they accept the vehicle is faulty.
I had managed to video these faults but the garage themselves haven't been able to replicate, other than the DTC(s).
Just wondered if anyone had experienced similar issues or advice about the faults/codes?
Ideally, I wanted to reject this vehicle due to the issues but the dealership is obviously reluctant to accept this.
Thanks

- Intermittent failure to start - dash lights up as expected but engine does not actually start (just repeated clicking noise, like the starter was trying over and over)
- Intermittent refusal to shift into anything from park other than neutral (no D/R)
