Although it has the SOS button, I believe the car is still has some hardware missing at is needed to support the use of the i-smart App.

All of the face lift models are are compatible with ismart on the ZS that's ones with charge port off center

My original comment was aimed at the ZS EV ( Gen 1) and NOT the ZS EV ( Gen2 ) that you own.
