Anyone else having connectivity issues? Mine has always been pretty good, and if it loses connection, then a simple unlock of the car to wake it up has fixed the problem. But not today. Just won't connect at all, simply timing out!

Just to add to this, the app updates the cars location successfully.

Does anyone know where the tech is located in the car that communicates with the app? I only ask because someone reversed in to me last week, pushing in one of the rear reflectors.

Yes, every few months this seems to happen to me. Moving the car, unlocking, locking makes no difference. After waiting 24 to 48 hours it comes back. I put it down to their server

Fingers crossed it all comes back to life soon again!

It's connected again today. All very odd!

And it will happen again ! I can only think something goes on at the server every now and then. Think max 36 hours for me
