Have had an MG long range since Xmas and have been registered on the MGISMART app. Had no problems until yesterday when the app declined to accept my password. After a couple of attempts I tried to use “the forgot password” process. Unfortunately, this failed too and I am stuck. Please HELP. Many thanks

Try either clearing the cache or uninstalling the app and restarting your phone before reinstalling. Hopefully by using your original log in details it will work.

Quick question.
Does the MG4 software standard (R13?) and Gearbox Breather modification standard get recorded on MG ismart.
Reason I ask is that I am due to collect my car on Tuesday and the dealer is a bit vague about what has and has not been updated on it before delivery.
And I assume that the Safety Recall comes to me from MG UK and not the dealer.
