I used the email address on the MG iSmart address to get advice on a couple of issues:
1) the app defaults to metric units each time launched (has been that way since I bought the car in July).
2) inability to get EV Management to work on the iPhone app
The initial reply was "After several days of continuous monitoring, it is found that everything is in good condition with your vehicle, we need to collect the videos for further analysis.". This surprised me as I was not aware that MG could diagnose remotely.
I subsequently sent them a video (from my iPhone) showing them the issue (just over a week ago). To my amazement the issue with the app opening up in metric units has been resolved and I get miles now each time I launch the app and the EV Management seems to be working again. Given there has not been an app update I can only assume that this has been fixed remotely on the vehicle.
Am pretty impressed that issues can be diagnosed/fixed remotely, and I guess applies to most EVs?
